Supplements for Repairing Bone

March 8, 2013

I just did a couple a videos about the supplements you need to be taking to prevent and repair bone loss. This is an update to the older dvds that went out with the weight vest. All the information would not fit in ten minutes which is the time limit set for youtube videos, so be sure and watch both segments. There is some breakthrough information about the best natural source of calcium in the second video that all women need to see.

I will list the basics here for those who can’t get the videos online but really, videos are the way of getting information nowadays and it would be in your best interest to make sure you can get them.  If there is anything I don’t know how to do, I just go to youtube and put it in the search box and some sweet person somewhere in the world will have made a video showing me exactly how to do it. It’s like a miracle sometimes.

Vitamin D3 is an absolute must,  I use Doctor’s Best 5000 IU and take 2 a day. You can research D3 on mercola.com and you’ll find out that it keeps the flu away and does a zillion other things for you besides keeping the minerals in your bones.

Vitamin K-2, MK7 made by Now Foods, 1 a day. This is a new improved version of K-2.

I take a Probiotic sold by Dr Mercola to keep a balance of beneficial bacteria in my intestinal system.

The multivitamin I use is Dr Mercola’s as well, Whole Food Multivitamin Plus. He does such great research and is so picky about the processing of his supplements that I totally trust his products although I don’t like his fear-based advertising. It is always talking about the new thing they are finding out that is going to kill you and I don’t resonate with that.

The Vitamin C I take is also from him,  Liposomal Vitamin C, which is a new magical way of getting the vitamin C to where your body needs it and has the power of  ten times the old kind. I’m not getting anything back from any of these manufacturers by the way, they are just the ones I have found to be the best over time. There are so many companies selling so many new vitamin products that it boggles the mind just reading all the hype, so you have to learn how to do your own research to find the best products for you.

For Omega 3 fatty acids I take Carlson’s Cod Liver Oil, a teaspoon a day. There are some companies who make this that do not test for mercury and other toxins but Carlson has been in business for 35 years and has impeccable credentials.

So the really different thing I have just found out about is Bentonite. The doctor who did a sonar bone test on my bones yesterday said that NASA has found bentonite and silica (which is in bentonite) to be the best thing for getting calcium, magnesium and other minerals into your bones. You can go to aboutclay.com to find out about that. I already had some bentonite clay in the stash of natural remedies because I use it when I detox, so now I am taking it twice a day and I will retest in 3 months and see how it worked.

I take more than this basic list because I have diabetes 1, which I control with eating the right food, and I also take stuff that is supposed to keep me young forever ;-), but these are the vitamins that you need in order to restore your bone health.

So read the articles on the site about calcium and magnesium and read about bentonite clay and please don’t email me and ask me about all the dozens of bone supplements out there because I wouldn’t take any of them. I have my bones on the mend and headed even better so I don’t spend a lot of time thinking about Osteoporosis any more.

In April I will do a video for you on releasing stress and fear which you can apply to anything happening in your life as well as your Osteopenia or Osteoporosis diagnosis.

Until then, enjoy every minute of every day,

Pam
